By accessing or using the ÎleO website at ileo.life ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

ÎleO ("we," "our," or "us") operates from Willemstad, Curaçao, and provides information about our place-based learning ecosystem for families.

Description of Services

The Site provides:

• Information about ÎleO's learning programs, accommodations, and community
• A waitlist form for families interested in joining our programs
• Educational content about place-based learning and worldschooling

The Site is informational in nature. Actual participation in ÎleO programs is subject to availability, application review, and separate agreements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit information through our waitlist form or contact us on behalf of your family. By using these features, you represent that you are a parent, guardian, or authorized adult acting on behalf of your family.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality or security
